Thank you to everyone who joined this form of silent fundraising - the children have thoroughly enjoyed pulling out every month the winners at assembly. So please join up again this year.
This year’s committee is committed to raise more funds for the renovation of the main playground.
The 100 Club is a monthly draw that takes place at the Friday morning school assembly once a month. Each participant has chosen one or more numbers between 1 and 100. Each month, all the 'taken' numbers are put into a draw and 3 are chosen at random by one of the children. The first number chosen wins £25 cash, the second number chosen wins £10 cash and the third chosen wins £5 cash. It is possible, therefore, that a number could come up again and again and the lucky holder could win several times.
The cost of holding a number is £12 for the year i.e. £1 per month. This is a very beneficial way of helping the school and raising funds for it.

Please print off and complete this application form and enclose either cash or a cheque for £12 made payable to Our Lady of Lourdes PTA. (If this is not possible, you can you can email
friends@OurLadyOfLourdesSchool.co.uk or speak to one of the Committee Representatives directly.)
You do have the option of choosing your allocated number, eg. House number, anniversary date, birthday date, lucky number etc. but please provide a couple of options in case your number has already been selected. If you have no preference you will be allocated the next available number.
Completed forms should be returned to one of the Commitee Representatives or delivered to the School office. Please note, your number cannot be put into the draw until paid for.
